Terms and Conditions

1. Reservation and Payment:
1.1.Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
1.2.Payment can be made via e.g.upi, bank transfer.
1.3.Prices are quoted in Indian rupees and are subject to change without notice.

2. Cancellation Policy:
2.1.Cancellations made 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund.
2.2.Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
2.3. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

3. Check-In and Check-Out:
3.1.Check-in time is from 1 PM onwards.
3.2.Check-out time is by 11 AM.
3.3.Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. House Rules:
4.1. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises.
4.2.Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made.
4.3.Noise levels must be kept to a minimum, especially during quiet hours.

5. Liability:
5.1.The homestay owner/operator is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the visitor's stay.
5.2.Visitors are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables. The homestay owner/operator is not liable for any loss or theft.

6. Facilities and Amenities:
6.1.Visitors are expected to use the facilities and amenities provided responsibly. Any damage caused by misuse will be the responsibility of the visitor and may incur additional charges.
6.2.The use of shared facilities such as the kitchen, living room, or common areas should be coordinated with other guests and respectful of their privacy.

7. Privacy Policy:
7.1.The homestay owner/operator respects the privacy of visitors and will not disclose personal information to third parties without consent unless required by law.

8. Governing Law:
8.1.These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of GOI. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of KARNATAKA. By making a reservation and staying at our homestay, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in termination of your stay without refund.
